Sir Thomas Raymond Dunne, KG, KCVO, JP (born 24 October 1933) was the Lord Lieutenant of Hereford and Worcester from 1977, then (after the historic counties were restored) from 1998 the Lord Lieutenant of Worcestershire until 2001 and the Lord Lieutenant of Herefordshire until 2008, retiring having done 31 years. He was president of the LL Association for his last 8 years.

(2) Camilla, born 1 March 1936, m. Captain Charles Worthington, Royal Horse Guards, and has issue;

(3) Henrietta Rose, born 4 June 1937, married Captain Thomas Rendall Dunne and has issue, 2 sons and 2 daughters: (1) Nicholas Dunne who married Lady Jasmine Nancy Cavendish in 2003 and they have 3 children: Cosmo Edward Walker Dunne born 30 August 2006, Barnaby William Stoker Dunne born 6 August 2008 and Reggie Thomas Drew Dunne born on 3 October 2010; (2) Philip Martin Dunne (MP) born in 1958 and married to Dominica Margaret Anne Fraser (born in 1960) with issue - Evelyn Anne Margaret born in 1990, Mathilda Rose Phillipa born in 1992, Thomas Hugo Rendel born in 1995 and Edward Cosmo John born in 1998; (3) Camilla Rose Dunne (born in 1960) and who married The Hon. Rupert Soanes OBE (born in 1959) with issue - Arthur Christopher born in 1990, Daisy Blanche Griselda born in 1992 and Jack Winston Thomas born in 1994; and (4) Letitia Anne Dunne (born in 1965).

(4) Rosanna Margaret, born 10 Nov. 1946, married Captain David E. Bulmer and has issue.

Cosmo married Rosemary Christie-Miller on 24 Jul 1930 in Westminster, London. Rosemary (daughter of Sydney Richardson Christie-Miller and Evelyn Norah Vandeleur) was born on 18 May 1907 in London; died on 7 Jun 1999 in Leominster, Herefordshire. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

2nd daughter of Sydney R Christie-Miller of Clarnedon Park, Salisbury (see his lineage in Burke's 'Landed Gentry'), by Evelyn Norah, daughter of H.S. Vandeleur of Cahiracon, co. Clare (Burke's 'Landed Gentry of Ireland').

In 1938 joined the newly formed Auxiliary Territorial Service, raising a Company at Salisbury, Wiltshire. Served at Bulford Camp, Wiltshire from August 1939-44. In January 1948 elected Member of the East Sussex County Council at a bye-election for the Barcombe Division, contesting and winning two further Elections. Chairman of numerous Committees, including the Children's Committee. Elected County Alderman of East Sussex County Council 1962. Retired January 1968.
