- 2nd son. Baptised 17 February 1846 at St. John's, Paddington. Educated privately; matric. at Dublin University but left through ill-health. Died unmarried at Tyntesfield 11 and was buried 16 June 1869 at Wraxall, Somerset. Memorial Inscription in the church and outside the vestry, and in Tyntesfield chapel.
Portraits: Min. by Sir Wm. Ross in a group with his mother, brother George and sister Alice was in 1930 in possession of Lord Wraxall. Drawing by J. de Cazinave (1859), a coloured one (with bow and arrow), and a coloured one (1872) by J. W. Cole belonged to William O. Gibbs.
