Notes - Sylvia was Francis's first cousin. 4th daughter of George Edward Adams, afterwards Cokayne. Born at 92 Inverness Terrace, Paddington, 18 May and baptised 19 June 1863 at St. John's, Paddington. Was buried at Putney Vale.
In the Great War she was a working member of the Putney Depot of Queen Mary's Needlework Guild.
